Lindis Biotech is focused on developing Triomab® antibodies, a novel class of T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies designed to enhance the immune system's ability to combat cancer. These antibodies work by redirecting T-cells to tumor cells in a manner that does not depend on Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) interactions. The Triomab® antibodies facilitate a crosslinking of tumor-associated antigens with CD3, which activates T-cells and simultaneously engages accessory immune cells, such as macrophages and dendritic cells. This coordinated immune response leads to the destruction of tumor cells through various mechanisms, including apoptosis and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, while also promoting a long-term anti-tumor immunization effect.

In addition to their Triomab® platform, Lindis Biotech is advancing the development of catumaxomab, a trifunctional bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets malignant ascites in patients with EpCAM-positive carcinomas. Originally approved in the EU under the brand name Removab®, catumaxomab has demonstrated safety and efficacy in over 2,000 patients. The antibody works by bridging cancer cells and T-cells, enhancing the immune response against tumors. Lindis Biotech has recently entered a licensing agreement with Pharmanovia to commercialize catumaxomab, aiming to make this unique immunotherapy available to patients who have limited treatment options.
