In addition to navenibart, Astria is also developing STAR-0310, a monoclonal antibody OX40 antagonist targeting atopic dermatitis. Currently in preclinical development, STAR-0310 shows potential for high efficacy and safety, with plans to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application by the end of 2024 and to begin Phase 1a trials in early 2025.
