ORYX Translational Medicine is focused on bridging the gap between academic cancer research and the pharmaceutical industry by developing innovative cancer therapies. The company has established a pipeline of three investigational therapies aimed at treating solid cancers. These therapies include ParvOryx, which utilizes the H-1 parvovirus for oncolytic virotherapy, VicOryx, a therapeutic vaccine targeting high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) associated cancers, and MicOryx, which is designed for therapeutic vaccination against microsatellite instable (MSI-H) cancers. MicOryx targets frameshift peptides that are consistently expressed in MSI-H cancers, aiming to amplify the natural immune response observed in patients.
