The company employs an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) strategy that utilizes a proprietary IL-2 sparing, CD25-specific antibody to effectively target CD25-positive cancer cells, particularly in hematologic malignancies such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and T-cell malignancies. In addition to their work on CD25, Alderaan has developed unique proprietary antibodies targeting CD160-TM, a novel receptor that is overexpressed in solid tumors, including Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). This receptor is associated with natural killer (NK) cell activation, making it a promising target for new therapeutic approaches.
