Unlike traditional methods that focus on predetermined target pairs, DualScreen operates at a combinatorial scale, allowing for the functional screening of the entire cell surfaceome across a wide array of targets and epitopes. This innovative approach enables the identification of synergistic BsAb combinations that exhibit enhanced pharmacological activity, with the potential to screen over 100,000 unique bispecific combinations in high-throughput functional assays. In addition to the DualScreen engine, Dualitas has introduced a collection of Immune Proximity Engagers, which are reusable antibody arms designed to enhance the pharmacological activity of bispecific antibodies. These engagers can be paired with various antibody arms to target disease-relevant immune pathways, providing therapeutic advantages that monospecific agents cannot achieve. The proprietary "E1" Proximity Engager exemplifies this capability, allowing for a "Plug and Play" mechanism across different receptors, resulting in greater potency and efficacy.
