Inceptor Bio's lead product candidate, IB-T101, is set to enter clinical trials in Q4 2024, targeting CD70 for the treatment of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Preclinical studies have demonstrated that IB-T101 significantly outperforms conventionally manufactured CAR T cells, showcasing superior efficacy at lower doses and maintaining high levels of T cell activation. The OUTLAST™ CAR T cells not only resist exhaustion but also retain their effector functions in immune-suppressive environments, making them a promising solution for tackling the complexities of solid tumors.
