Central to their approach is the proprietary G-Technology®, a specialized formulation of CNS-targeted liposomes. The G-Technology® utilizes glutathione (GSH) conjugated to polyethylene glycol (PEG) to facilitate the safe transport of therapeutics across the BBB and BRB.
