The Phase 1b study indicated a trend toward cognitive improvement in Alzheimer’s patients, as evidenced by enhanced performance on cognitive assessments like the Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale–cognitive subscale (ADAS-Cog) and quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) evaluations. The results suggest that NTRX-07 not only reduces neuroinflammation but may also work synergistically with existing antibody therapies, potentially enhancing treatment outcomes for patients suffering from neurodegenerative diseases.
