The U-Loop® fermentor is a key component of this technology, designed to optimize gas utilization and minimize energy waste, allowing for continuous fermentation and efficient production of Uniprotein®.

Uniprotein® itself is a nutrient-rich biomass, comprising approximately 72% protein, and is suitable for use in various animal feeds, including those for aquaculture and livestock. The product is produced through a natural microbial fermentation process, ensuring it is free from toxins and heavy metals, and is recognized for its long shelf life and uniformity. Unibio's commitment to sustainability is evident in its approach, as the only byproduct of Uniprotein® production is clean water, making it a non-polluting alternative to traditional protein sources like fishmeal and soybean meal.
